Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
01
How do I pay? What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer. A booking payment is needed to confirm your yacht. The full amount must be paid before the trip starts. We will send you clear payment instructions after you make your booking.
02
Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?
Yes, in most cases you can bring your own food and drinks on board. However, Desert Rose and Lotus do not allow outside catering. For these yachts, we can provide our own catering services and share menu options with you.
03
Do you offer catering?
Yes, we can arrange catering for your trip. We offer different menu options depending on the yacht and your budget. Tell us what you prefer (light snacks, full meal, birthday cake, etc.) and we will send you options.
04
Do you have life jackets on board?
Yes, life jackets are available for all guests, including children. The crew will show you where they are and when you need to wear them. Your safety on board is of top priority.
05
Can you pick me up from another location?
In some cases, we can pick you up from another marina or location. This depends on the yacht, the route, and local marina rules. Extra fees apply for a different pick-up or drop-off point.
06
Do you decorate the boat for special occasions like birthdays?
Yes, we can help with basic decorations for birthdays, proposals, and other special events. We can also arrange decoration packages if you want something more special. You can also bring your own decorations, as long as they are safe and easy to remove.
07
What is the cancellation & refund policy?
In most cases, bookings cancelled more than 72 hours before the trip are fully refundable. Some yachts have non-refundable policies, and each boat’s refund terms are clearly shown on its listing page.
08
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety is the priority. If the weather is unsafe, the trip may be delayed, changed, rescheduled or refunded. If this happens, we will discuss options with you (new time, new date, or other solutions).
